The RI-CART team would like to invite families to have holiday & winter photos taken in an ASD friendly environment on December 2, 2018 from 10am to 1pm at The Autism Project, 1516 Atwood Avenue in Johnston. Limited sitting times are available so please call Deb at 401-785-2666 ext. 76788 to reserve your time. There will be an ASD Friendly Santa available. All photos will be supplied to you on a USB flash drive. Arts & Crafts and refreshments will be available.

​AMC DARTMOUTH MALL & CINEMAWORLD LINCOLN are now offering Sensory-friendly movie showings. Please contact the theatre directly for showtimes and films being shown as they are subject to change.

** For both cinemas the proposed sensory-friendly dates are the second and fourth Saturdays for family-friendly and the second and fourth Tuesdays for mature audiences.

NEW: SHOWCASE CINEMAS on Quaker Lane in Warwick has announce that on the first Saturday of each month at 10am, they will offer a Sensory Sensitive Screening of a feature film. The projected next date and movie are listed below:

Cheese now offering Sensory Sensitive Sundays for individuals with Autism.  On the first Sunday of every month Chuck E Cheese will open 2 hours early and offer dimmed lighting and no loud music.  Food and games will be available.  For our Rhode Island families, the locations in Warwick and in South Attleboro, MA will be offering this wonderful opportunity.
